The warehouse will deliver the order in a unified manner, and the delivery time refers to International Shipping.

• A telephone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that the order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
• YonPop provides Return, Exchange, or Refund services. (Please follow our Refund Policy)

Tips for shipping

• 1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. (For P.O. Box and APO/FPO address, we will change the shipping method according to the actual situation without prior notice.)
• 2. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-4 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
• 3. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

• 4. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 60 days of the order date.

Refund and Return Policy

We're bummed if you're not satisfied with the items you received. So we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days (From the delivery date) after receiving your item to request a return.

• 1. Return entry attached in your order details email, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
• 2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
• 3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
• 4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to you using the original payment method.

Cancel Order

• For orders placed within 24 hours of purchase, We offer a full refund.
• For orders that have not been shipped within 24 hours of purchase, We will provide partial refunds after charging a 10% cancellation fee.
• For orders that have shipped, we will not accept requests to cancel orders.

Return Conditions

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

• You have 30 days to decide if an item is correct for you, If you would like to return or exchange the item, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery.
• Bags do not accept refunds except for quality problems.
• Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
• Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
• We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
• We do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
• Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-YonPop products.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any claims for exchanges or refunds, regardless of whether the items have been mailed back to us.

Note: It is impossible to apply for a return or refund from order fulfillment to delivery. Original shipping fees, taxes, and payment processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return Steps

• 1. Submitting return requests by dropping an email.
• 2. Our customer service will communicate with you via email; please pay attention to the reply. (We usually reply within 24 hours.)
• 3. Please send us tracking information after you return, which is quite important. Without return information, there will be no refund.
• 4. Refund will be released within 5 working days after we receive the package.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
